Valia is a 53-storey Emaar Properties tower at Dubai Creek Harbour, comprising 491 residential units.

Currently available: four-bedroom apartments only. The one, two and three-bedroom units in the same tower are marked “coming soon” and cannot be purchased yet — a distinction worth being precise about, because the widely-quoted “from AED 2.1M” figure refers to those unreleased one-bedroom units, not to anything a buyer can actually acquire today.

The available four-bedroom apartments are 2,560 sqft with five bathrooms, priced from AED 6,500,000. The payment plan is 20% at launch / 60% during construction across three instalments / 20% on handover. Handover is scheduled for August 2030.
