The Coral Collection Villas at Palm Jebel Ali — Nakheel

The Coral Collection Villas are Nakheel’s largest villa product on Palm Jebel Ali, sitting above the Beach Collection in both size and price.

The collection offers six and seven-bedroom villas — some listings describe layouts up to eight bedrooms — sized between approximately 11,222 and 12,165 sqft. The initial Nakheel release comprised 44 villas.

The payment plan is 20% at launch / 60% during construction / 20% on handover. Sales launched 5 December 2025.

Amenities include private beach access, a leisure lounge, gymnasium, private garden, shared pool, and laundry and dry-cleaning services.

At roughly 12,000 sqft on a palm frond, this is among the largest new-build villa product available anywhere in Dubai, and the buyer pool at this level is correspondingly narrow — which cuts both ways on resale.

Two figures require confirmation before purchase. Starting price is quoted as AED 29,000,000 by one source and AED 32,000,000 by another. Handover appears on a single listing page as December 2027, Q4 2027 and 3 December 2028 in three different places. Neither discrepancy is resolvable from published sources — obtain both in writing from Nakheel.
