DAMAC Islands Phase 2 is the second release of DAMAC’s island-themed master-community in Dubailand.

The phase offers four and five-bedroom townhouses and six and seven-bedroom villas, across an exceptionally wide size range of 2,208 to 17,078 sqft — effectively two different products under one project name.

Launch pricing starts at AED 2,800,000, on a 20% at launch / 55% during construction / 25% on handover plan. Handover is scheduled for 1 June 2030.

Amenities include a beach club, infinity pool, private marina berths, a golf club and clubhouse, gymnasium, yoga room, children’s play areas and retail facilities.

The marina berths are the genuinely differentiated feature — private moorings are rare in an inland Dubailand community and are the kind of amenity that is difficult for a competing development to replicate later.

At AED 2.8M for a four-bedroom townhouse, this sits well below villa pricing in the established communities, which is the trade-off: more space and amenity for a longer commute and a 2030 handover.
