Azizi Venice 15 is a phase of Azizi Developments’ Venice master-plan in Dubai South, the district built around Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo legacy site.

The phase offers studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Published layouts run from a 318 sqft studio through 717 sqft one-bedrooms and 1,014 sqft two-bedrooms, up to 1,690 sqft for a three-bedroom.

Prices start at AED 619,000 for a studio, on a 10% booking / 40% during construction / 50% on handover plan. Handover is scheduled for Q2 2027.

The defining feature of the Venice master-plan is its 18-kilometre crystal lagoon with artificial waves, alongside a 700-metre retail boulevard, an international school, a community hospital and a mosque. Residents also have a gymnasium, infinity pool and children’s play areas.

What makes this phase worth attention is position rather than product: Dubai South sits directly alongside the airport expansion, and entry pricing under AED 650,000 is now unusual for a waterfront-branded master-plan anywhere in Dubai.
